1. Product Information

Our products are museum-grade canvas prints created from Nicole’s original oil paintings. All canvas prints are made to order, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and quality. Colors and textures may vary slightly from screen to screen due to device settings.

2. Processing & Production Time

Each canvas print is created specifically for you.
Production typically takes ~5 business days before shipping.
During holidays or high-volume periods, production times may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

• Shipping timelines vary by destination and carrier.

• Shipping confirmation with tracking will be emailed once your order ships.

• Nicole McNamara Art, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

4. Return & Refund Policy

We want every collector to love their artwork.

Because each canvas print is custom-made to order, we do not accept general returns. However, we proudly stand behind our quality:

• If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 7 business days of delivery at support@nicolemcnamaraart.com with photos of the issue.

• We will happily provide a replacement at no cost to you.

• All claims must include images of the product and packaging so we can file a claim with our print partner.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Because prints are produced immediately by our partner studio, we cannot guarantee cancellations after production has begun.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
We accept all major payment methods available through the Wix-secured checkout system.

Nicole McNamara Art, LLC reserves the right to update pricing or correct errors at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, product imagery, website content, and branding are the exclusive property of Nicole McNamara Art, LLC.
Reproduction, resale, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or inability to fulfill an order.
