If something goes wrong with your print — if it arrives damaged, defective, or simply not what you expected — we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for customers in the U.S. and Canada. No hoops. No restocking fees. Just real support from real people who care about your experience.

Made-to-Order Canvas Prints
Every canvas print is made-to-order — created specifically for you the moment you choose it. This intentional process means we don’t sit on mass inventory or ship factory-made pieces. Instead, your print is produced with care, precision, and archival materials, just for you.
Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns for the wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or change of preference. But if anything arrives damaged or flawed, we’ll always make it right.
We believe art should be personal — not mass-produced. Your print is created just for you.
IF SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT, WE FIX IT
If Your Artwork Arrives Damaged or Defective
If your print arrives damaged, scratched, dented, or flawed in any way, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Simply email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few quick photos of the issue.
This helps us: (1) file a claim with our carrier, (2) improve packaging, and (3) get your replacement out to you quickly. There are never restocking fees or return costs for damaged or defective items — we take care of everything.

RETURNS MADE EASY
How to Start a Return
We keep returns simple and stress-free. If you need to send something back due to damage or a product defect, just follow the steps below — we’ll take care of the rest.
1. Email us your order details.
Send us your order number and a quick description of the issue to info@nicolemcnamaraart.com.
2. Attach a few photos.
Photos help us file carrier claims and speed up your replacement. A picture of the packaging plus the damage is perfect.
3. We’ll send your replacement.
Once we review your message, we’ll ship out a new print right away — free of charge.
You deserve perfection. If your print arrives anything less than that, we’ll take care of it right away.

QUICK + HASSLE FREE RETURNS
Refund Timing
Once we receive confirmation that your returned print is in transit, we issue your refund within 2 business days. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as it’s processed. From there, your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the funds back to your account.
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method for security and accuracy.
We don’t sit on refunds — once the return is confirmed, we move quickly.
CAUGHT A MISTAKE? IT HAPPENS
Need to Fix a Size or Address?
We know mistakes happen — an address autofills wrong, or you suddenly realize you meant to choose a different size. If your print hasn’t entered production yet, we’re happy to help update your order. Just email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correction you need.
Because each print is made-to-order, we’re unable to make changes once production begins. But if you catch it fast, we can usually fix it for you in time.
