Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Nicole McNamara Art. If something isn’t right, we're here to help — within the guidelines below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

• Your item arrived damaged or defective
   

• You received the wrong item
   

We do not accept returns for change of mind or customer sizing errors on non-defective items.
 

What You’ll Need

To process your return request, please email us with:

• Photos clearly showing the item’s issue
   

• Photos of the original packaging (especially if damaged in transit)
   

• Your order number and contact information

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to damage, defect, or our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
   

• For any other approved return, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
   

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to any non-defective returns (such as ordering the wrong size). This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Custom Orders

All custom or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange — unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
