From our hands to your walls — every print travels safely, intentionally, and wrapped in love.
At Nicole McNamara Art, LLC, we take great care to ensure that your art arrives safely, beautifully, and on time. Every print is made to order and shipped directly from our professional print partner, Pictorem, in Montreal, Canada.
Shipping Within the Continental U.S. & Canada
All orders within the continental United States and Canada include free standard shipping.
Processing Time

Each print is made to order, usually within 5 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Packaging

Stretched (Ready-to-Hang) canvases are securely packed in double-layered boxes with padding on all corners.

Rolled prints (unmounted) are shipped in a heavy-duty mailing tube with protective wrap.
Delivery Time

U.S. & Canada orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping.

Rural or remote addresses may take slightly longer.
Carriers

Orders ship via major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post.
International Shipping
We’re proud to ship worldwide. However, due to cost and logistics, international orders (outside the Continental U.S. & Canada) are sent unmounted and unframed.
What You’ll Receive

Your canvas will arrive rolled and packaged in a sturdy shipping tube.

Each print includes an extra 1.75" of unprinted canvas on all sides (3.5" total on width and height) to allow for stretching at your local frame shop.

International delivery typically takes 10–21 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking is included for most destinations.
Customs & Duties

International buyers are responsible for any import taxes, customs fees, or duties charged by their country.

We cannot mark packages as gifts or adjust declared values.

Production & Quality
All canvas prints are produced using Giclée pigment printing on 410 gsm archival cotton canvas, with fade-resistant inks and a semi-gloss varnish for protection and depth.
Your piece is created when you order it — never mass-produced or pulled from inventory.
Shipping Issues or Damages
If your print arrives damaged, contact info@nicolemcnamaraart.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork.
We’ll work with you to make it right quickly.
