This one came out fast, furious, and intentionally ugly. And honestly? That was the point.

There wasn’t one big dramatic event — just a simmering, low-grade disgust I carried around at that time in my life. I couldn’t always name it, but I could feel it. And I was tired of pretending it wasn’t there just to keep up appearances.
 
So I gave it a place to live — right here, on the canvas.
 
Disgust was my rebellion. A safe space where I could be messy, angry, and absolutely not the "good girl" who’s always pleasant and polite. No consequences, no judgment, just truth in all its gritty, gross honesty.
 
And yeah, even now, it still kind of grosses me out when I look at it. But that’s exactly why I keep it — because it reminds me that I’m allowed to feel it. All of it. No shame.
